Café Usage Agreement and Event Supply Form

Please complete this form in its entirety to both validate the café use expectations, as well as to request all necessary furniture needs for your approved event. All compensation for kitchen, audio-visual or janitorial help will be paid by check to the person(s) hired for your event at the rate quoted to you. All checks will need to be submitted to your Stonecrest Event Coordinator in advance of your event.

Please note: ALL decorations used in the Café must be attached with painter’s tape. NO pins are to be used on any of the foam sound panels.
